Key Responsibilities:
- Posting Job Advertisements: Crafting and posting engaging job ads to attract
top talent. - Organizing Interviews: Scheduling interview times, notifying candidates, and
supporting the interview process. - Filing and Organizing Personnel Documents: Keeping our records neat and tidy.
- Support the Onboarding Process for New Hires: Ensuring new team members
feel welcomed and prepared. - Managing Signatures: Coordinating the signing of contracts and other HR-
related documents. - Preparing Documents for Mailing: Getting important documents ready to go.
- Preparing Simple Reports: Collecting data and preparing basic reports (e.g.,
absenteeism). - Administering the Online Time Register System: Managing new comers,
leavers, and manager changes. - Collaborating on Training and Events Preparation: Assisting with HR-related
training and events. - Supporting Colleagues with HR Administrative Questions: Providing support
on HR administrative matters and communicating with the payroll provider. - Collecting Documents for Payroll Closing: Gathering sick leave papers, glasses
invoices, etc. - PO Creation in SAP: Creating purchase orders in SAP.
- Annual Medical Check Administration: Coordinating annual medical checks.
